ANDREW H. DOERR is a government affairs professional, bringing more than 15 years of lobbying, legislative and political experience to Dykema's Lansing office. Most recently he served as Deputy Legislative Director for Secretary of State Ruth Johnson. Previously, he spent 8 years serving as Senator Alan Sanborn's (R-Macomb) Chief of Staff, and 5 years as the Legislative and Political Director for the Michigan Credit Union League.
KIMBERLY A. ROSS-JESSUP rejoined the law firm of Dykema Gossett PLLC in 2011 as a Government Policy Advisor in the firm's Lansing Michigian office. Ms. Ross-Jessup is a part of the firm's Regulated Industries practice and is responsible for developing clients' legislative, regulatory, and political strategies. Ms. Ross-Jessup focuses on public policy issues relating to health care, financial services, liquor regulations, gaming, taxation, transportation, economic development and environmental regulations.
Prior to rejoining Dykema Ms. Ross-Jessup was the Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs for Pfizer Inc., representing Pfizer before state government public bodies, including Governor's office, Legislatures, agencies, and business organizations within Michigan and Wisconsin. She was the liaison for the company's largest manufacturing facility to state and local governments regarding environmental and infrastructure issues. She served as Chair of the Michigan PhRMA task force during her tenure as a lobbyist for the pharaceutical industry.
