Profile Management Consultants (PMC) is one of Australia’s leading strategic advisory and government affairs consulting firms, established in 1976. With offices located in Sydney and Canberra, PMC engages with the Federal and State/Territory Governments in Australia at the highest political and officials levels. PMC creates strategic avenues into government for its clients, and provides tailored business solutions that go beyond simply delivering enhanced ‘access’ or the traditional concept of ‘lobbying’. The firm regularly hosts intimate luncheons and dinners in Sydney, Canberra, and other capital cities that allow its clients to engage and interact intimately with Federal and State/Territory Government ministers, departmental and agency heads, and Australia’s corporate leaders.
PMC also operates a highly successful executive search practice in Australia, covering both the public and private sectors, and routinely identifies valuable synergies for clients between its executive search and consultancy services offerings. A member of the Odgers & Berndtson global network (now the world’s sixth largest executive search company, and the largest in the United Kingdom and Canada), PMC is committed to working closely with its government and private sector clients to ensure they become more effective through access to superior executive talent.
Firm Speciality
PMC’s expertise covers all key areas of government business in Australia, including influencing debate on policy and funding outcomes, legislative reform, regulatory procedures, and privatisation of government assets. While PMC operates across all sectors, it has particular expertise in infrastructure, construction, telecommunications, financial services, defence, resources, energy, and retailing.
