DAVID G. COLLINS is a senior government relations advisor with Rath, Young and Pignatelli Professional Association. A veteran lobbyist, David has a wealth of front line experience on a full range of business issues. After 15 years in government relations and two years in public relations, David is no stranger to controversy or crisis communication. He has dealt with corporate merger issues, utility deregulation, air and water quality regulations, as well as financial, transportation and labor issues. Prior to his joining Rath, Young and Pignatelli, David was director of Governmental Affairs for Public Service Company of New Hampshire, a subsidiary of the Northeast Utilities system.
