Prior to establishing the firm, Harry was active in Missouri politics in various capacities, including as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives.

As a governmental consultant, he is especially noted for his work on insurance, telecommunications, media law, economic development, transportation and banking/financial issues.

Harry is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a bachelor's degree in history and government.
