GEORGE DAVID KIEFFER (Los Angeles, CA) has a broad breadth of experience in general business practice, strategic counseling and general representation of a number of substantial corporate and public companies and organizations. Mr. Kieffer has worked extensively with the Los Angeles City and County Governments, California State Government and numerous state and local regional agencies. He has served as counsel and advisor to a number of statewide political campaigns. His particular expertise is in municipal and administrative law, regulatory and legislative work with and before federal, state and local agencies; public/private transactions; and public/private contracting.

JUNE LANGSTON DEHART (Washington, DC) practice focuses on the development and implementation of legislative strategies, analyzing and monitoring legislative and agency activity, organizing lobbying campaigns and working with government officials. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Chief Counsel for the United States Senate Subcommittee on Energy, Nuclear Proliferation and Government Processes. She has extensive experience in state government, as well as the Federal government.
