KERRY D. MARSH, ESQ., is President of Marsh & Associates, P.C. and a veteran legislative counsel and lobbyist - having began his career in Albany in 1967. Mr. Marsh is a 1966 graduate of Hamilton College and 1970 graduate of Albany Law School, where he was Research Editor of the Albany Law Review. Mr. Marsh was on the staff of the New York State Senate Labor Committee in 1967, and Assistant Director of Governmental Affairs with the New York State Business Council from 1967-1970. In 1970, Mr. Marsh joined one of Albany's largest law firms, concentrating his private practice on state and local legislative/regulatory affairs, general corporate services and municipal law. Mr. Marsh went on to become a senior partner with the firm, and then to establish his own government affairs law firm.
